  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ Juice of lemon
  • 1 large egg
  • 100g egg whites
  • 100g Skyr yogurt (or nonfat Greek yogurt)
  • 100ml milk (skim or low-fat)
