Sift the self-rising oat flour into the bowl. Whisk everything together until you obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.Add Optional Ingredients
If you like extra sweetness and texture, gently fold chocolate chips into the batter.Prepare the Baking Pan
Line a 22 × 10 × 6 cm loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly into the pan.Decorate
Slice an extra banana lengthwise and place it on top of the batter. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips if desired.
