Ingredients
  

  • 300g ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g self-rising oat flour (about 1⅔ cups)
  • 1 Chocolate chips Optional
  • 1 extra banana for decoration Optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Bananas

    Peel the bananas and slice them into smaller pieces. Place the slices in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix the Wet Ingredients

    Transfer the blended bananas into a mixing bowl. Add the two eggs and whisk well until the mixture becomes smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add the Flour

    Sift the self-rising oat flour into the bowl. Whisk everything together until you obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.
  4. Add Optional Ingredients

    If you like extra sweetness and texture, gently fold chocolate chips into the batter.
  5. Prepare the Baking Pan

    Line a 22 × 10 × 6 cm loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly into the pan.
  6. Decorate

    Slice an extra banana lengthwise and place it on top of the batter. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips if desired.
