Pour about two-thirds of the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan.Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the batter.Top with the remaining banana batter.Run a butter knife through the batter a few times to create beautiful cheesecake swirls.Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes. The bread is done when:The top is golden brown.A toothpick inserted into the banana bread portion comes out clean. If the top browns too quickly, loosely tent it with aluminium foil during the final 15–20 minutes.Cool
Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.Transfer it to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing. This helps the cream cheese layer fully set.
