Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl, food processor, or blender.
- Blend or mix until smooth. Avoid overmixing once everything is combined.
- Pour the batter into a lined or greased loaf pan.
- Fold in or sprinkle chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, or other mix-ins if desired.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing and serving.
