Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.Mash the Bananas
Mash the ripe bananas until mostly smooth with only a few small lumps remaining.The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be.Mix the Wet Ingredients

Add:FlourCocoa powderBaking powderBaking sodaSaltStir gently until no dry flour remains.Avoid overmixing to keep the bread soft and tender.Fold in Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips.Reserve a small handful to sprinkle over the top before baking for a bakery-style finish.Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).If the top begins browning too quickly, loosely cover it with foil during the last 15–20 minutes.Cool
